it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them."
Notice two things. First, the power of the Lord was present to heal people. Jesus was anointed with that power.
Second, notice that even though the power of the Lord was present to heal people, it doesn’t mention one singe person getting healed. The only person the Bible records being healed in this account was the paralyzed man who was lowered through the roof of the house by his four friends (Luke 5:18,19). And the Bible says Jesus healed that paralyzed man because He saw their faith (Luke 5:20-25).
